These are "[f]un refashioned & vintage shoes & accessories for your closet!" from etsy store Oxford Heaven. I just found this blog called Cosa Verde, which features sustainably handmade goods. Cosa Verde recently featured some of these 18th Century style shoes, which are made from used and vintage shoes.
