Pick-Me-Ups - Favourite Things Project

I've already mentioned how much I love coffee. Another one of my favourite pick-me-ups is watching a fun show or movie in the evening, or playing a PS3 game.

I have a go, go, go lifestyle so I'm more inclined to look for a wind down than a pick me up. Something mindless to turn off my brain. At the end of the day, if time permits, my husband and I will curl up on the couch and watch a series that we have netflixed. Once we have caught up with a show, we move on to another. Cannot recall the last time we actually watched a series as it was being aired! Faves have been Weeds, Office, Dexter, currently we are on season two of House. Otherwise reading a good book in bed whilst propped up with a gazillion pillow 'til my eye lids are drooping does the trick for me. Hugs,

I am the same way - I love discovering new shows and watching the episodes back to back and getting all obsessed with them! Recently, I watched 2 seasons of Lie to Me in about a week! It's so much fun being able to watch shows without commercials, just whenever I want to. I am wondering what to watch now, actually! Is House really good? I tried watching Weeds for a season but stopped. I am trying out Burn Notice but it isn't grabbing me.
